JASARA PMC is on the lookout for a Senior Contracts Manager to join our esteemed team. As a leading joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, we are committed to driving forward major social infrastructure projects in alignment with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
In the role of Senior Contracts Manager, you will be a crucial player, responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract management throughout the project lifecycle. This includes drafting, negotiating, and ensuring compliance with various contractual agreements. Your expertise will enable you to manage risks effectively while building robust relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
This position requires an individual with deep knowledge of construction-related contracts, as you will be responsible for evaluating terms, managing amendments, and resolving disputes. You will also be tasked with monitoring the performance of contracts, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
- Take charge of all contractual matters related to assigned projects, from drafting to final execution.
- Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and monitor contract performance.
- Lead discussions and negotiations with clients and subcontractors regarding contract amendments and variances.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to promote effective communication and collaboration.
- Prepare and provide regular progress reports on contractual matters and claims management.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect the company's interests.
- Ensure proper documentation and closure of contracts upon project completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Construction Management, Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in contracts management within the construction industry.
- Thorough understanding of contract law and construction agreements.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Familiarity with contract management software and tools.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Professional certifications in contract management (such as CCM or CPCM) preferred.
- Experience in the Middle East construction sector is highly desirable.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is a significant advantage.
- Awareness of Vision 2030 initiatives and their relevance to infrastructure projects is a plus.
