What You’ll Do

As a Senior Corporate & GTM Recruiter, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling the business teams that power our global growth. From Sales, Marketing, and Finance to Operations, Legal, and People—you’ll ensure we hire world-class talent across our Corporate & GTM functions.

You will:

• Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for senior-level Corporate and GTM roles across multiple functions and geographies.
  
  
• Partner directly with business and executive leaders to define hiring needs, craft role profiles, and align recruiting strategy with company goals.
  
  
• Drive strategic hiring initiatives that strengthen our leadership bench, optimize time-to-fill, and elevate hiring quality.
  
  
• Build robust pipelines through creative sourcing, competitive market mapping, and proactive engagement of high-caliber candidates.
  
  
• Leverage data and insights to identify bottlenecks, improve process efficiency, and continuously raise the hiring bar.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 7–10 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on Corporate, GTM, or G&A functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, HR, Operations).
  
  
• A strategic partner who can influence senior stakeholders and advise leaders on market trends, organizational design, and hiring strategy.
  
  
• Proven track record managing complex, high-impact searches across multiple functions or geographies.
  
  
• Exceptional communicator with the ability to pitch, persuade, and build trust with both candidates and executives.
  
  
• Highly organized, data-driven, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
