As Senior Creator Program Manager for Climate Content, you'll execute cross-platform influencer campaigns and lead relationships with Vocal's climate-focused client organizations. Responsibilities
Independently design, execute, and manage large-scale digital marketing campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, Substack, and other key platforms on behalf of climate organizations and climate-focused candidatesManage positive client relationships and regularly update clients on campaign progress, including preparing for and leading weekly client callsManage 1-3 full-time and/or part-time campaign staffRegularly check in with direct reports on their campaigns, including regularly tracking progress to goal, proactively providing feedback, and providing strategic supportServe as a strategic subject matter expert to clients on the creator economy and social content strategy, particularly as it pertains to climate contentEstablish campaign goals and finalize campaign materials, including creative briefs and other assetsAnalyze campaign metrics and progress to goals, and proactively adjust strategy as neededDevelop and present post-campaign reports to clientsWork closely with digital creators to develop creative and engaging content that meets campaign brief requirementsStrategize with colleagues and clients to find new creative tactics to innovate on content, sourcing, and team processesStay up-to-date on current events, trends and news stories as it pertains to environmental and climate news to serve as an expert in strategy conversations with clients
Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in social media strategy and content creation, including: Leading high-touch client management, managing direct reports, and overseeing complex programs with $1M+ budgetsPassion for intersectional progressive issues and a strong cultural competencyDeep understanding of an ever-changing social media landscape, particularly as it pertains to growing an online presence, working with content creators, and utilizing trendsClimate policy knowledge and expertiseGreat organizational & communication skills with a strong commitment to follow-upConfident communicator with a client services focusStrong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously under strict deadlinesWillingness to work in a fast-paced environment with variable hours and strict deadlines
