About the Role:
The Salesforce CRM Analytics Sr/Lead Developer role is an important position within the Platform
Analytics team, involving the support and enhancement of Salesforce implementations for diverse clients
across industries.
Location: Hyderabad. This role requires an on-site presence, with no hybrid or remote work option.
Experience: 4-7 Years (with Minimum 4 Years of Relevant Experience)
Your Contribution:
Collaborate with the CRM Analytics team to analyze and address business, functional, and technicalrequirements and issues. Participate in project team meetings, ensuring effective communication with various stakeholders.Leverage strong hands-on experience in CRM Analytics to envision and design solutions, providemeaningful insights, and take a consultative approach with stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions, optimizing the use of the CRMAnalytics platform.
Develop data flows, recipes, data sets, lenses, and dashboards to facilitate quick decision-making.Perform data integration, connecting CRM Analytics to Salesforce and external systems.Utilize hands-on experience with JSON and Intelligence within Einstein Analytics.Assess and troubleshoot bugs and data discrepancies within the analytics platform.
Requirements:
Strong hands-on experience in CRM Analytics.Proven expertise in analytical solutions.Strong communication skills.Strong experience in SQL/SAQL.Proficiency in Dataprep/Recipe building.Knowledge of CRMA Admin and Permissions.
Good to have:
Tableau experience will be a strong plus.Dashboard Templatization is an add-on.Datacloud exposure is an advantage.Great to have explored Tableau next.Knowledge of Einstein Discovery is a plus.Background in any ETL tool is an add-on.Knowledge of JavaScripting & Visual Studio is an add-on.
