We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who will act as a strategic advisor for our clients, ensuring they maximize the value of Almedia’s rewarded ecosystem while driving long-term retention and revenue growth.

What You'll Do 🎯

  • Drive Strategic Consultation: Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through campaign setups and sharing industry-specific insights to optimize their performance.

  • Master Campaign Analysis: Lead continuous performance tracking and data analysis to meet key KPIs and ensure measurable client success.

  • Execute Growth & Upselling: Identify expansion opportunities within client portfolios to increase ad spend and drive revenue for both the client and Almedia.

  • Mitigate Risks: Proactively use data to identify potential issues, collaborating with BI, Fraud, and UA teams to solve complex problems swiftly.

  • Provide Market Intelligence: Deliver competitive analysis and industry trend reports to keep clients ahead of the curve in the digital advertising landscape.

What You'll Bring 💡

  • Consultative Expertise: Experience in account management or business development, specifically focused on building deep, long-term client relationships.

  • Analytical Proficiency: A strong ability to use analytics tools and data-driven insights to shape strategy and troubleshoot technical integrations.

  • Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the Ad-Tech, gaming, or app industry landscapes and digital advertising best practices.

  • Communication Skills: The ability to explain complex data and technical concepts clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Bonus: Experience with digital advertising tracking tools or a background in high-growth startup environments.
