Customer Success & Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for NESIC and other strategic customers in Japan.

Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and success.

Solution Implementation:

Lead the first successful implementations of Gruve’s services and solutions with NESIC.

Coordinate technical and business resources globally to ensure smooth project delivery.

Strategic Collaboration:

Partner with Cisco Japan on Security and AI POD Solutions, aligning joint go-to-market and execution efforts.

Identify opportunities to introduce Gruve’s global offerings into the Japanese market.

Marketing & Enablement:

Support the management of Gruve Japan’s website and marketing collateral.

Localize and adapt Gruve’s global solution materials for the Japanese audience.

Program Coordination:

Act as the bridge between Gruve’s global teams and Japan-based customers.

Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience.

5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or program management in IT or enterprise software.

Proven ability to manage enterprise customers and ensure successful solution adoption.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills in both Japanese and English.

Solid understanding of cloud, AI, or cybersecurity technologies.

Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across global and local organizations.

Background in AI, data, or security solution implementation projects.

Prior experience in a start-up or fast-growing global company environment.

Demonstrated ability to develop and localize customer-facing content or marketing materials.

Bachelor’s degree in related field (or equivalent experience).
