About the Job

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insights

• Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business improvement
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders
• Translate complex data into actionable, business-friendly insights
• Validate and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data and reporting

Consulting & Advisory

• Provide expert advice on analytics strategy, methodologies, and tools
• Collaborate with business leaders to define analytical requirements and success metrics
• Recommend process improvements, automation solutions, and best practices for data management
• Present findings and insights to executives and stakeholders, supporting strategic decision-making

Knowledge Sharing & Mentorship

• Serve as a subject matter expert on analytics approaches, data interpretation, and reporting standards
• Mentor and guide junior analysts, sharing knowledge of tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Support the development of analytics documentation and training materials

Technical & Operational Excellence

• Lead data extraction, transformation, and visualization tasks using SQL, BI tools, or analytics platforms
• Evaluate and implement new tools or technologies to improve data analysis efficiency
• Ensure compliance with data governance, quality, and security standards

Requirements

• Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
• Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBIP, CAP, or similar) preferred, but not required
• Experience
• at least 7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or consulting
• Proven experience in providing analytics advisory services to business stakeholders
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior analysts is an advantage
• Technical Skills
• Advanced SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
• Knowledge of databases, data warehouses, and data modeling
• Experience with Python, R, or similar analytics/statistical tools is a plus

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and data storytelling skills for business audiences
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
