As a Senior Data Analyst at Lalamove, you will work with a group of passionate and talented people across different teams. You will deep dive into our data and uncover actionable insights to empower Product, Marketing and Operations teams in making informed decisions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for generating value out of data and shaping the future of Lalamove products.

What you will do:

Develop and apply analytical frameworks for solving complex business problems

Partner with stakeholders across the company to influence business objectives and goals

Build intuitive and impactful dashboards to allow stakeholders to make data-informed decisions

Synthesize data into clear, actionable recommendations and effectively communicate them to different audiences

Mentor and inspire junior analysts on the team

What you'll need:

At least 4 years of work experience in a business intelligence or data analytics role

Experience leading a small team will be a plus

Strong proficiency in SQL, with good understanding of data warehousing concepts

Experience using Tableau or other BI Tools for reporting and analyses

Proven track record of leveraging data to influence decision making

Good command of English (both written and oral)
