Senior Developer

GlobeMed Group, the largest Healthcare Benefits Management company in the MENA region is looking for a Senior .NET Developer to build and working on complex internal system development projects across a variety of products and technologies. He/She will provide technical and support team leadership through coaching and mentoring and will support planning and managing the successful delivery of projects on time.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support in monitoring the team performance
• Capable of understanding and contributing to the technical solution from design to coding level
• Provide technical leadership to developers through coaching and mentoring
• Support in managing the delivery of multiple complex simultaneous system development projects from design to release
• Support in estimating and managing the transition from analysis to design and delivery
• Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team
• Develop and test the applications based on established standards
• On need basis, provide regular and effective progress updates to the development manager to ensure the management of any risks or issues
• Work on multiple projects requiring implementation of new and existing systems, solutions and processes
• Provides appropriate input and recommendations for key decisions to ensure successful implementation of all initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related fields
• 5-10 years’ experience in software development
• Understanding of Customer requirements and ensure delivery to these requirements
• Problem solving and decision making, sound judgment
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain a professional attitude.
• Ability to communicate at different levels, using different communication tools.
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Organized and well structured
