This DevOps Engineer role is critical to supporting Axonius's SaaS product expansion plans, focused on designing and building customer and internal production systems. You will join the SaaS DevOps team to own the lifecycle of mission-critical services and deliver safe, scalable, and high-performing cybersecurity asset management solutions. The team acts as technical architects, collaborating with R&D, Security, and Corporate IT to define the future of service delivery.

Responsibilities

Cloud Architecture and Implementation: Evaluate, design, and implement new cloud infrastructure technologies and architecture to support the growing SaaS solution.
SaaS Product Infrastructure: Build a scalable infrastructure to deploy and operate the SaaS product, designed to serve thousands of global customers.
Internal Service Deployment: Design, deploy, and operate cloud infrastructure and services for various internal (corporate) applications on behalf of other teams.
Security and High Availability: Build and manage infrastructure that specifically requires high availability and adherence to high security standards.

Minimum Qualifications

Production and Cloud Experience: 5+ years of experience managing production environments, including 2+ years managing cloud-based environments.
Linux and Infrastructure as Code: At least 4 years of experience with Linux-based OS administration and extensive experience with configuration management and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Scripting and Automation: Professional experience writing code for automation and operational scripting in at least one language (e.g., Python, GoLang, Ruby).
Architecture Understanding: Proven experience and understanding of architecture principles across infrastructure platforms, security, data, integration, and application layers.

Preferred Qualifications

Cloud Platform: Experience specifically with AWS.
Containerization: Experience deploying and operating services based on Linux containers and virtualization (Docker, etc.).
Monitoring and Metrics: Experience with monitoring and operational metrics gathering tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.).
