In this role you will serve as enterprise leader and GM-style owner for a major client portfolio or business unit. Sets long-term strategy, drives revenue and retention at scale, and builds an operating structure that enables client-led growth and operational excellence. Shapes enterprise investment, innovation, and client experience strategy.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
Shape long-term service strategy, client experience design, and operational vision
Lead enterprise-level client programs, revenue performance, and margin optimization
Influence senior executives internally and externally to advance growth objectives
Oversee organization design, leadership development, and succession strategy
Govern risk, resource allocation, and investment across portfolio
Lead transformation initiatives to scale operations and modernize capabilities
Serve as voice of major client accounts in enterprise planning and road-mapping
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Expert knowledge of enterprise client strategy, market dynamics, and portfolio economics
Applies long-range strategic planning and vision-setting capabilities
Executive influence across business units and external partnerships
Uses advanced financial acumen for portfolio investment and performance leadership
Leads innovation and transformation with strong change-leadership capability
Advanced risk management and strategic foresight
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to functional work Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to functional or in a related discipline.
Master's Degree (preferred)
Experience:
11+ years leading large teams and leaders that support complex portfolios
13+ years client services/account-focused leadership
Additional Information
RRD's current salary range for this role is $141,000 to $225,600 / year. The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program. RRD’s benefit offerings include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, life insurance and other voluntary supplemental insurance coverages, plus parental leave, adoption assistance, tuition assistance and employer/partner discounts.
