ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

From Apple, Salesforce, and Bank of America, to Fiat, and Vespa, the Partnerships team lies at the center of (RED)’s mission, building relationships that drive significant contributions to the Global Fund. 

The Senior Director of Partnerships will oversee key partner relationships that drive awareness and impact of the (RED) brand while also delivering critical contributions to the Global Fund. The ideal candidate for this role will have outstanding relationship-building capabilities, will love strategic development & implementation, and will have extensive experience working in account management or with strategic partnerships. This is a full-time, exempt opportunity based in our New York office.  

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Manage and nurture partner relationships with a broad range of B2C and B2B companies that sign on to become (RED) partners.
  • Fulfill the joint-value proposition for partners and (RED) by leading the internal (RED) team to drive value for partners and leading partner colleagues to recognize the value of partnering with (RED).
  • Develop and lead global marketing and communications strategies with partners to deliver on (RED)’s core objectives of maximizing contributions to the Global Fund, driving sales of (RED) products, and building awareness of the (RED) brand and partnerships.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of each partnership against their business and (RED)’s core objectives, proactively making recommendations and changes to ensure objectives are being met.
  • Mobilize the entire (RED) team to achieve partner and (RED) goals. Share partnership updates across channels and teams to ensure that (RED) employees are aware of, and active in, supporting the partnerships.
  • Ensure all partner activity aligns with the (RED) brand, and (RED)’s legal guidelines, and is effectively leveraging partner channels and audiences, with collaborative support from the (RED) team.
  • Oversee each partner account from program launch to tracking milestones and communicate acknowledgements internally and externally.
  • Oversee partner integration strategy into (RED) campaigns, collaborating with internal teams to develop integrations, identify targeted lists of partners for key moments and execute the implementation of programs.
  • Oversee timely campaign, impact, and partner-specific recaps/ROI documents in collaboration with internal teams to deliver ongoing updates to partners and the (RED) team.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to ensure a seamless transition of new partners. Work closely with Business Development on an ongoing basis to identify and execute partner growth and renewal strategies.
  • Assists with executive engagement strategy for key partner and stakeholder relationships.
  • Additional duties as determined. 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required.
  • 10+ years’ relevant professional experience, plus 3 to 5+ years in a management or lead capacity.
  • An extremely proactive thinker, self-confident, creative, problem-solver, resourceful, and passionate.  
  • Must have a strong leadership presence both internally and externally.
  • Work under minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent judgment and decision making.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and Mac software.
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM is ideal.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills.

PAY RANGE: $130,000 – $150,000

The pay range as posted reflects the minimum to the midpoint of the external market salary range that (RED) has adopted for this job level. This salary range is based on compensation survey data for similar organizations and is used to set pay internally at (RED). Where a new hire’s salary falls within this range is based on a variety of factors including the budget available for this position.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
