Senior Engagement Manager - Financial Modeling & Due Diligence

This is a senior leadership opportunity within a fast‑growing professional services firm supporting private equity and corporate clients. The Senior Engagement Manager will lead complex financial modeling and transaction due diligence projects, manage senior client relationships, and guide teams through high‑stakes analytical work.

What You’ll Do

• Lead multiple financial modeling and transaction due diligence engagements
• Structure and review complex analyses for accuracy, clarity, and quality
• Manage senior client relationships and support ongoing account growth
• Oversee the development of financial models, databooks, dashboards, and presentations
• Mentor and coach Consultants and Analysts
• Monitor engagement progress, team workload, and deadlines
• Contribute to improving internal tools, processes, and delivery discipline
• Support research, business cases, and valuation materials

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, Math, Computer Science, or related field
• 7–12+ years in management consulting, transaction advisory, private equity, corporate finance, or public accounting
• Professional designation: CPA or CFA required (CBV or FRM an asset)
• Demonstrated experience leading complex engagements and working with senior clients
• Strong execution discipline and comfort in a performance‑driven environment
