Essentials to Succeed
5+ years of professional software development experience.
2+ years of experience leading an engineering team.
A proven track record of developing high-performing teams capable of solving complex problems and delivering elegant, scalable solutions.
Demonstrated use of Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Cursor) to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
Experience leading engineering teams and delving into technical details to assist the team in making decisions that result in efficient, flexible, scalable systems.
Capability to attract, develop, and retain top engineering talent.
Interactions with senior leadership require executive presence.
You are an excellent communicator with exceptional listening skills and the ability to see the big picture and effectively communicate it at all levels.
You successfully influence product direction as a thought partner to your business stakeholders. Product Managers actively seek out your ideas (PMs). You can take a conceptual idea and turn it into a test that is both feasible and meets business requirements.
