About the Role
We are looking for an Senior Enterprise Account Manager to join us in New York. This senior commercial role plays a key part in expanding EquiLend’s footprint across global financial institutions by driving strategic growth, opening new opportunities, and deepening multi-product adoption within existing enterprise accounts.

You’ll be part of a team that partners closely with some of the world’s largest and most sophisticated financial organizations. We combine commercial acumen with deep domain understanding across trading, market data, and post-trade workflows to deliver meaningful value to our clients.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional who thrives in growth-stage environments, can navigate complex buying centers, and enjoys uncovering new opportunities within large-scale, regulated financial institutions. You’ll influence at executive level, orchestrate multi-product engagements, and play a pivotal role in advancing EquiLend’s strategic commercial goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients across the global financial services landscape.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new revenue opportunities across business lines, regions, and functions.
  • Lead complex, multi-product sales motions from initial engagement to commercial execution, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with senior and C-level executives, positioning EquiLend as a long-term strategic partner.
  • Drive growth through upsell, cross-sell, and solution expansion in partnership with product, client services, and marketing teams.
  • Conduct executive-level business reviews that tie client outcomes to value creation, roadmap alignment, and strategic priorities
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting accuracy through disciplined use of CRM and commercial governance processes.
  • Represent EquiLend at industry forums, conferences, and client events to elevate visibility and uncover new commercial opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, completing FINRA certifications (SIE, S7, S63, S24) within 12 months if not already held (company-sponsored).

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise account management, strategic sales, or commercial revenue development roles within financial services or fintech.
  • Proven ability to originate and expand opportunities within large, complex, global financial institutions.
  • Deep understanding of trading workflows, market data, or adjacent financial domains, with readiness to ramp up in securities finance.
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-product commercial engagements across long, consultative sales cycles.
  • Strong commercial acumen with an ability to articulate value, structure pricing, and negotiate enterprise agreements.
  • Skilled communicator who builds rapport quickly, influences at senior levels, and represents EquiLend with confidence and credibility.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable operating in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
  • Financial literacy and discipline in forecasting, revenue tracking, and strategic account planning.
  • Experience working across cross-functional global teams in a collaborative, matrixed environments.

  • The base compensation range for this role is $160,000 – $180,000. The total on target earnings, depending on performance versus sales quota, is expected to be between $260,000 - $300,000 (uncapped). Final offer details may vary depending on factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate’s experience and training as well as internal equity.
