Position - Senior Executive
Department - Communications
Positions - 1
Location - Hyderabad
Shift – 11:00am to 8:00pm
The Opportunity
Job summary:
The Senior Communications executive will support the Assistant Manager Communications in all aspects of internal and external communications for Berkadia India.
We’re looking for candidates with an interest in:
- Composing and writing content for email communications/information updates
- Supporting in implementing effective communications to support Berkadia India’s strategic objectives
- Has a good understanding and application of design and visual content
- Specialization in brand and reputation management
Roles and Responsibilities:
Be well-versed with digital content writing techniques and trends to be able to develop content within stringent timelines
- Develop info-graphic based interactive content
- Coordinate with internal team members to execute and carry out logistics
- Participate and add value during project initiatives or team brain storming sessions for communication goals
- Develop effective copy and content for communication emails, monthly newsletters, leader and employee messaging
- Act as a liaison with other enabling functions for communications and related initiatives and support this with draft messaging for site initiatives
- Responsible for ensuring branding visuals across Berkadia India are updated timely
- Support and garner traction through reporter forum for Berkadia India publications – guide floor reporters to source and develop process success stories, value stories, best practice sharing stories etc
- Support the Country Head/MD of Berkadia India with leader connect sessions and other mediums of employee connect
- Support AM – Corporate brand in enhancing the presence of the site on social media, in line with the company's objectives
- Assists in supporting the ongoing evolving culture and values of the organization
- Create Comms analytics on pages viewed
- Collaborate with leadership to support central and industry initiatives
- An ability to plan and coordinate company-wide special events, vendor management, and employee engagement.
Qualifications, skills and competencies
- Must be a Graduate with a degree in communications, or journalism, or public relations or relevant field.
- Overall 2 years of experience.
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills - ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to interact and influence multiple partners and internal stakeholders
- A keen sense of ownership, speedy execution and resourcefulness
- Self-motivated and proactive going above and beyond the call of duty if the occasion called for it.
- Eagerness to follow processes, continuously learn and upgrade
- Adept in MS Office Applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
