Department Description 

Production Support Engineering
Cambium Networks designs and manufactures class-leading Point-to-Point (PTP) and Point-to-Multipoint (PMP) radio solutions, delivering high-performance Ethernet bridging over wireless links ranging from a few meters to hundreds of kilometres.Our products are innovative and industry-leading. 

We are seeking a Senior Failure Analysis Engineer to take ownership of multiple product lines following the introduction to manufacturing. In this role, you will act as the primary technical interface between our global contract manufacturing partners and our in-house design engineering and production test teams. You will be responsible for sustaining production, driving high manufacturing yields, and ensuring robust, repeatable build quality across all supported products.

Scope of Responsibilities & Position Expectations

This job will involve the following tasks:

•Hands-on Circuit Level Debug of Failing production hardware.
•Lead the production support engineering team and day-to-day activities.
•Analysis of production test database results to monitor yields and identify areas in need of attention.
•Drive route cause analysis and corrective actions when yield drops happen in manufacturing.
•Provide Training to contract manufacturing test personnel in the faultfinding of production hardware.
•Maintain debug guides to aid manufacturing test personnel in circuit-level debug. 
•Assist in transferring new designs into volume manufacture.
•Host weekly quality calls with contract manufacturers to maintain a clear understanding to the status of production and act accordingly on any discoveries.
•Provide input for testing strategies in production.
•Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, suggesting process or design changes to prevent future defects. 

Knowledge/ Skill Requirement

•Higher Education Qualification in Electronic Engineering.
•5 years minimum experience in maintaining electronic designs in volume manufacturing.
•Experienced in production yield analysis.
•Experienced in Design for Manufacture.
•Experienced in detailed debugging of RF and digital circuits to the component level.
•Experienced in guiding circuit-level debug of electronics.
•Experienced in route cause analysis and corrective action reporting.
•Good understanding of radio and wireless.
•Desired experience in schematic capture tools.
•Experienced in the use of Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators, and Spectrum Analysers.
•Fluent in Thai, with the ability to discuss technical issues in English
