Poste basé à Barcelone, Espagne
This role will primarily focus on providing expert technical support and maintenance services to our clients across Spain.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues on-site for industrial equipment and systems
- Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on various types of machinery
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Create detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation of all field activities
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve product designs and service procedures
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technological advancements
- Travel extensively within Spain and occasionally to other European countries as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field)
- Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in field service engineering, preferably in an industrial setting
- Advanced technical knowledge and strong troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken)
- Relevant industry certifications are highly desirable
- In-depth knowledge of industrial equipment and systems
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel extensively within Spain and occasionally to other European countries
- Valid driving licence and passport
