The Role You'll Play
- Partner with cross-functional teams to model our annual plan, monitor key performance metrics, and drive in-year business performance
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling to uncover insights and shape strategic recommendations
- Build and refine business cases that help leadership make confident, data-informed decisions
- Translate complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders at all levels
- Serve as a trusted advisor and go-to resource across the organization on FP&A matters
- Mentor team members and help elevate financial planning practices company-wide
- Support executive leadership with strategic planning, forecasting, and resource allocation
The Experience You’ll Bring
- 4+ years of experience in strategic finance, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment; backgrounds from management consultancy or investment banking analyst programs are also a strong fit
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, scenario modeling, and business case development
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional projects, build trusted relationships, and influence stakeholders
- Skilled at solving complex problems and creating innovative solutions that improve on the status quo
- Self-managing and results-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Sharp attention to detail with excellent visual design and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving clarity through analysis
Pay Transparency
It is Playlist’s intent to pay all Team Members competitive wages and salaries that are motivational, fair, and equitable. The goal of Playlist’s compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees, and encourage Team Members to stay with our organization. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
The base salary range for this position in the United States is $90,000 - $120,000. The total compensation package for this position also includes a bonus target and a full benefits package.
