👩💻🧑💻 As a Senior FP&A Business Partner - Western Europe at Qonto, you will
• Act as a strategic business partner: You will be the trusted advisor to the Regional MD, providing financial analysis, data-driven recommendations, and strategic business insights needed to measure strategic effectiveness and support high-stakes decision-making.
• Own the Region's Performance: You will manage the full P&L for Western Europe, leading the budgeting and forecasting processes to identify growth opportunities and ensure we hit our profitability targets.
• Drive Financial Accuracy: You will orchestrate the financial monitoring for your scope, ensuring the accuracy of month-end closings, KPI tracking, and reporting while navigating complex deadlines.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: You will work with operating teams to evaluate business initiatives, challenging their perspectives and identifying risks to foster operational efficiency.
• Support Transformation: You will contribute to the evolution of our financial processes and tools, helping to structure our performance framework as we prepare for our next stage of growth.

• Experience: You have 7+ years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance roles, with a meaningful track record of business partnering at C-level or with senior management.
• Strategic Thinker: You possess strong business acumen, especially regarding the French market, and can translate complex financial data into actionable business strategies.
• Mastery of Fundamentals: You have expert-level financial modeling skills and are comfortable managing revenue forecasting and topline analysis.
• Mindset: You are proactive, autonomous, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where resilience is key.
• Languages: You are fluent in both French and English, capable of negotiating and presenting to diverse stakeholders.
