Senior Front-end ReactJS Software Engineer
- Perform hands-on coding and code review as other peer developers as needed.
- Understand the requirements of the customer or business and utilize this knowledge to develop applications that are consistent with this.
- Design, develop, review, implement, maintain and manage continuous integration, build management and deployment scripts, systems, and any code as required.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum activities: daily standup, demo session, retrospective, estimate, and planning, etc.
- Provide mentoring/training for junior members if any.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
Qualifications
General requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least intermediate English communication (working with international clients).
- Likely having 5+ years of experience (flexible depending on how fast your learning and technical developing capabilities are)
- Familiar with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban)
- Ability to obtain deep knowledge of the project technologies and work independently with minimum guidance
- Ability to self-learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
- Passionate about building a great UI/UX apps
- Experience in collaborating with the client's development team
- Demonstrated ability to show leadership (team collaboration, technical mentoring, proactive problem-solving)
Technical requirements:
- Proficience in ReactJS
- Experience in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript/ES6
- Experience in TypeScript
- Experience in building SPA or front-end applications using frameworks such as NextJS/Angular/NuxtJS/VueJS
- Experience in areas of web development such as RESTful APIs, Routing, Form Validation, Authorization/Authentication.
- Experience with Responsive Layouts
- Experience in the Unit Test frameworks such as Jest, Testing Library, Mocha, Jasmine
- Practice knowledge of website optimization techniques and fast page load times
- Passionate about building a great UI/UX apps
- Performs effectively & independently in software implementation activities (designing, coding, verification, unit testing, integration testing, and debugging…).
Nice to have:
- Experience in Java/NodeJS is a plus
- Experience with front-end architectures such as Monorepo, Micro frontend.
- Experience with large-scale web-based applications, setting up CI/CD pipelines and web security issues.
- Experience in microservices and cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP)
