Senior Frontend Developer

Optimiza is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Frontend Developer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing visually appealing, user-focused web interfaces and ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience while maintaining and improving code quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality responsive web applications using modern frontend technologies.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into functional user interfaces.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices in web development.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure high quality throughout the team.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in frontend development to provide suggestions for improvements.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and enhance applications based on user feedback.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in frontend development.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular or Vue.js.
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
• Experience consuming APIs and working with RESTful services.
• Expertise in working with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Knowledge of design principles and how to implement them in applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
