Senior Fulfillment & Logistics Coordinator I

Position Overview

The Senior Coordinator will be responsible for evaluating current business process
procedures to ensure quality controls are in place and that all procedures meet the
highest production standards within the department. This role is crucial for ensuring
the smooth and accurate processing of all samples for production, tests, and special
projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Processing daily mailing files for mail merge and print.

• Directing the accurate delivery of postcards, letters, and questionnaires files to the ink-jet printers for processing.

• Coordinating between teams to support panel recruitment efforts and tests.
   
• Load contacts, report details and upload mailing completions to the recruitment dashboard.

• Providing sample expertise and assisting with problem-solving analysis resolutions.

• Ensuring all samples are loaded properly and delivered as scheduled.

• Updating monthly processing spreadsheets by balancing counts before the issuance of daily/weekly reporting.

• Collaborating with vendors on mailing projects to receive files for printing.

• Assisting the Manager with special assignments and various ad-hoc tasks within the department.

Qualifications

Position Requirements

• 2 or 4 year Business degree or equivalent experience required with leadership experience desired.

• Sample processing experience using Excel, Word, CSV.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

• Strong human relation skills in additional to strong oral and written communication abilities.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.

Standing and bending for long periods of a time

Day shift 7:00am-3:30pm (Must be able to work overtime and weekends if needed)
