About the Role:
We're seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer / Tech Lead to serve as the technical anchor. You'll partner with engineering leadership to establish team standards, mentor teammates, and contribute hands-on code. This role requires someone who can balance leadership with execution, helping drive a team toward high-quality, production-ready software.
Our stack includes Laravel 12,
Vue.js, MySQL, Redis, and TailwindCSS.
What You'll Do:
Partner with engineering leadership to establish and enforce coding standards and architectural patternsContribute to technical planning, sprint grooming, and architecture decisionsOwn the code review process and ensure team adherence to established standardsHelp assess technical feasibility for new features and initiativesOnboard and mentor new team membersIdentify opportunities to reduce tech debt and improve developer experienceServe as escalation point for complex technical problemsDevelop, test, and maintain full-stack functionality using PHP 8.4 and Laravel 12.xBuild and consume RESTful APIs for internal and external applicationsUse wireframes and mockups to create responsive UIs using Vue.js 2.x+, and TailwindCSSDesign and optimize database schemas in MySQL; work with DynamoDB for appropriate workloadsManage AWS infrastructure including RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, and related servicesDefine and maintain Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation or AWS CDKBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines using CodeBuild and CodePipeline
What We're Looking For:
8+ years of professional software development experience5+ years of hands-on experience with Laravel/PHP5+ years of hands-on experience with Vue.js
2+ years of experience leading or mentoring developersHighly proficient in modern PHP 8.x, unit testing, and RESTful API designStrong understanding of MySQL - schema design, optimization, and migrationsExperience with NoSQL databasesExperience with AWS services (RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, S3, ElastiCache, CloudFront)Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation or CDK)Experience with CI/CD pipelines (CodeBuild, CodePipeline) and deployment automationStrong awareness of security best practices, data consistency, and atomic transaction logicAbility to own a project end-to-end: R&D, architecture, documentation, and executionExcellent communication skills. Able to collaborate effectively with leadership and team membersA product-focused mindset that connects business value to technical solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
TypeScript proficiencyExperience or familiarity with Swift and SwiftUIFamiliarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestrationExperience with logging, monitoring, and observability tools (CloudWatch, Datadog)Background working on high-scale SaaS platforms or mission-critical systems
