Senior Full Stack Developer

TRA is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the evolution of our global Brand Tracking platform. 

This is a senior, hands-on role with end-to-end ownership of a proven, SaaS product already live across 20+ countries and used by major brands worldwide. You’ll set the technical direction of our platform, guide its scalability and performance, and shape its next phase of growth. 

Working closely with our Data, Product, Design, and Client Services teams, and supported by a direct report, you’ll lead platform architecture, drive enterprise-grade product improvements, and ensure an exceptional user experience.  

Our focus for 2026 is clear: strengthening enterprise product–market fit, increasing user engagement and retention, and exploring future innovations in brand tracking. 

Requirements

What you’ll bring 

• Strong experience leading and building production SaaS platforms 

• Deep full-stack capability with a product mindset 

• Experience designing scalable, cloud-based systems (AWS preferred) 

• Confidence making architectural decisions and balancing short- and long-term needs
