Trucordia is building a modern, cloud-native internal platform composed of small, high-impact applications and system integrations. We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to take end-to-end ownership of application development, DevOps, and engineering best practices.

This role blends hands-on full-stack developmentDevOps leadership, and mentorship. You will be the technical standard-bearer for how software is built, deployed, and operated—while helping a junior team mature quickly.

A demonstrated history of using AI tooling in day-to-day development is required.

 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Design, build, and own full-stack web applications used across sales, marketing, operations, and data teams
  • Build integration-heavy services connecting CRMs, AMS platforms, data systems, and third-party APIs
  • Establish and own DevOps and SDLC best practices:
    • CI/CD pipelines
    • Containerized deployments
    • Dev / stage / prod environment separation
    • Secure secrets and configuration management
  • Act as the Azure application SME (architecture, deployment patterns, reliability)
  • Mentor junior developers and raise engineering quality across the team
  • Partner with Cyber and Infrastructure to enforce separation of duties and production safety
  • Document architecture, standards, and decisions in Confluence

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong full-stack expertise
  • Proven ability to design and build web applications using modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and backend technologies (Node.js, Java, .NET, Python)
  • Solid understanding of API design (REST, event-driven), authentication/authorization, and secure credential handling
  • Experience with application observability: logging, monitoring, and error handling
  • Hands-on experience with cloud deployments (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable)
  • Practical DevOps skills: CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and release management
  • Ability to learn and adapt across stacks; current stack includes TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js
  • Strong ownership mindset, mentoring experience, and effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders

AI-Assisted Development Requirements:

  • Demonstrated, habitual use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor)
  • Ability to leverage AI for coding, debugging, refactoring, and rapid learning of new technologies
  • Skilled at evaluating AI-generated code for correctness, security, and maintainability
  • Committed to integrating AI responsibly as a core productivity multiplier in daily workflows
