Senior Growth Content Photographer (Shenzhen)

Purpose of Position

• CASETiFY is looking for a Senior Growth Content Photographer to join our Growth Team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on visual creator passionate about crafting social-friendly, high-performing visuals through photography and video. Reporting to the Growth Marketing Director, you will lead photo and video production for ads and social content — bringing CASETiFY’s products to life through engaging, trend-aware visuals that drive performance.

Job Description

• Shoot and produce high-quality photo and video assets for performance ads, aligned with brand aesthetics. 
• Fulfill the content volume target with quality based on performance marketing ad trends for achieving high ROAS and revenue targets. 
• Stay tuned to social content trends (IG Reels, TikTok, etc.) and translate them into CASETiFY’s brand tone. 
• Create visually compelling setups that highlight product details, features, and lifestyle appeal. 
• Handle art direction for shoots: mood board creation, lighting setup, product styling, and post-production retouching. 
• Ensure social-first storytelling — short-form video and Reels-friendly compositions that capture attention in seconds. 
• Manage studio setup, including lighting, backdrop, and equipment. 
• Collaborate with the Growth Creative team to test creative hypotheses and optimize based on performance results. 
• Maintain an organized workflow and file system, ensuring content readiness for paid and organic usage.
  
  
  

Requirement

• 3+ years of product photography or videography experience (junior candidates considered).
• Proven portfolio of short-form, social-friendly content — ideally product-centric with lifestyle integration. 
• Strong eye for lighting, composition, and styling that enhances brand aesthetics. 
• Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, and video tools like Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut. 
• Familiar with AI tools for background or style generation (a plus, not a must). 
• Strong understanding of ad performance metrics and how visuals influence them. 
• Ability to work under pressure, stay organized, and communicate clearly in English and Mandarin.
