ANYbotics is a fast-growing tech company dedicated to shaping the future of mobile robotics across multiple industries. Join our highly talented and motivated team of more than 200+ people and work on cutting-edge robot technology.
Your Opportunity
You will join a high-performance marketing team currently in "build-mode," tasked with scaling the adoption of the world’s most advanced autonomous inspection robot. While our technology is futuristic, our customers operate in traditional, high-stakes industries like Oil & Gas, Chemicals, and Mining. We are looking for a Growth Marketer who speaks the language of the industrial inspection space—someone who understands that we aren't just selling a robot, we are selling safety, uptime, and data reliability to Asset Managers and Maintenance Directors. You will take ownership of the growth engine, ensuring our message resonates with the specific needs of heavy industry and converting that engagement into a repeatable pipeline.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will build and run our growth marketing function end-to-end. You will partner closely with Sales to target high-ACV enterprise deals in asset-heavy industries.

Customer-Centric Messaging: Utilize your understanding of the inspection industry to tailor campaigns that speak directly to the pain points of Maintenance Managers and Operations Directors
Lifecycle Nurture: Build multi-touch nurture programs that sustain engagement across long, complex sales cycles typical of the heavy industry sector
Ecosystem Expansion: Leverage partners and industry associations to expand our reach within the inspection community
Data-Driven Optimization: Define KPIs and build full-funnel dashboards to measure the effectiveness of campaigns in the context of industrial buying signals
Martech Ownership: Manage and optimize the stack (HubSpot, Intent Data) to capture signals from industrial accounts and automate outbound efforts
