About the Role:
We're hiring a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to develop Tebi's growth engine and drive our customer acquisition strategy. This isn't a role for someone who just applies a known playbook — it's for a scrappy, self-sufficient builder who can design creative solutions and execute them independently. You'll need to think beyond typical SaaS tactics and figure out unconventional ways to reach hospitality operators who aren’t on LinkedIn or read e-books. Blending creativity, data, and the right amount of AI, the right candidate can both optimize the current customer journey, while constantly innovating with new growth initiatives and organic loops.
This role reports into the Marketing Lead, and plays a pivotal role in shaping our growth strategy and scaling our marketing engine to meet ambitious growth targets.
What you’ll be doing:
- Build our growth engine: Define and scale our strategy across paid, organic, and ecosystem channels. Map the customer acquisition funnel, and devise creative tactics to better reach our unique audiences, while optimizing conversion throughout the merchant journey. Deliver measurable and efficient self-serve and sales-led growth across multiple markets concurrently.
- Blend demand generation and demand capture: We see growth marketing not as a siloed function to deliver leads, but a distribution engine to make sure our product and brand messages get to the right audience on the right channel at the right consideration stage. You’ll think holistically about how all our marketing campaigns and activities generate and capture demand, whether a social media video series or a Google ad.
- Develop and scale organic growth loops: Experiment with organic growth mechanisms to turn community-level word of mouth into consistent paths to conversion. Test and scale virality mechanics that fuel acquisition and long-term retention, and partner with the Growth Product team to integrate successful tests into our products.
- Oversee and optimize paid acquisition: Design and launch multi-channel paid campaigns across search, social, and beyond. Guide performance media partners, who run campaign setup and optimization, to implement the right strategy for each market stage based on rough targets and budgets.
- Own growth analytics, attribution, and reporting: Level up our analytics, reporting, and attribution modeling to help us focus and demonstrate our impact on key company bets. Partner with Data, Product, and Finance to track growth KPIs across impact and efficiency.
- Expand our growth toolkit: Test new growth levers, like affiliate marketing, ASO, LLMEO, onboarding improvements, etc. Harness AI to sharpen decision-making, automate workflows, and vibe code tests for quick experimentation. Collaborate across our Marketing team, as well as Sales, Success, Product, and Data to discover untapped opportunities.
What you’ll bring:
- 8-10 years experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or marketing operations, preferably with some experience in B2B SaaS. Bonus if you’ve grown a B2C customer base.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights out of sometimes sparse data points and connect dots among multiple sources
- Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced organization, with strong agency and independence to deliver outcomes despite limited resources or scattered data
- Managing multi-market campaigns at a global organization is a plus
- Fluency in English required
What is Restaurant Software?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it.
From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it’s a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy.
