Own onboarding and off-boarding for global Support team members across multiple time zones.
Oversee payroll coordination, HRIS data integrity, and compliance across EOR (Employer of Record) environments.
Serve as primary People Team partner for the Support org, ensuring consistent communication, documentation, and employee experience.
Manage employee relations matters in partnership with People Leadership, escalating effectively when needed.
Support contract updates and compliance in collaboration with our EOR as well as our in-house legal and finance partners.
Global People Programs
Run performance cycles, including building manager pre-work, tracking milestones, and supporting employees through the process.
Translate Givebutter’s People programs (performance, engagement, career frameworks, leadership principles) into operational processes suitable for globally dispersed teams.
Ensure Value alignment across regions while honoring country-specific norms and expectations.
International HR Infrastructure
Serve as the point of contact for our EOR partners, ensuring seamless operations across Asia and Latin/South America.
Maintain consistency in policy interpretation, documentation, and employee support across U.S., PH, Puerto Rico, Mexico, and future locations.
Partner with Support Leadership on headcount forecasting, workforce planning, and international staffing needs.
Recruiting Operations for Support
Own posting, scheduling, and resume review for all Support roles.
Partner with hiring managers to design efficient interview processes and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
Keep pipelines organized, well-documented, and moving quickly, with an emphasis on clarity and speed during high-volume hiring cycles.
What You’ll Bring
5-7+ years of HR experience, with a strong background supporting globally dispersed teams; experience with Asia (required) and South/Central America (preferred).
Experience partnering with leaders in high-growth or high-volume operational environments (Support, CX, Operations, etc.).
Comfort navigating multiple employment models, including EORs; prior Deel experience is a strong nice-to-have.
Strong HR operations toolkit: you thrive in process, documentation, consistency, and systems.
Clear communication style across cultures and time zones, with the ability to set boundaries, uphold standards, and earn trust quickly.
