We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior IT Project Manager to join our team. You will play a key role in managing a big project, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.
In this role, you will
Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budgetDefine project objectives, develop detailed project plans, and track progressEffectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashionIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issuesManage project resources, including internal teams and external vendorsFacilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication and collaboration within the teamMonitor and report on project performance, providing regular updates to stakeholdersEnsure project deliverables meet quality standardsManage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniquesDocument project activities, decisions, and outcomes
What you will bring
Extensive IT project management experience with a track record of successfully leading complex projectsExtensive knowledge of web development processes, methodologies, and best practicesStrong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)Demonstrated stakeholder management skills for effective communication with clients and team membersAbility to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesExperience with project management tools and softwareExperience with project budget tracking and resource utilizationFluency in English

Salary range:
17 360 - 28 690 PLN + VAT (B2B)
14 280 - 23 815 PLN gross (Permanent)
