Senior IT Project & Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT projects from planning through execution and delivery
• Oversee day-to-day IT operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with business goals
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communications and discussions
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and organize workloads, timelines, and priorities
• Apply project management methodologies to track progress, risks, and deliverables
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Facilitate meetings, prepare reports, and provide regular project status updates
• Support process improvements and operational best practices within the IT team

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT project/operations management in the BPO industry
• Good working experience with U.S.-based clients or stakeholders
• Strong understanding of project management and operational management principles
• Familiarity with basic IT terminology and concepts
• Excellent organizational and people management skills
• Proven ability to organize, motivate, and manage teams
• Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati and Shaw, Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shift
