About the Role 
We’re looking for an intuitive and resourceful Senior IT Support Analyst to join our Internal IT Team. Reporting to the Manager, Internal IT, you’ll be assisting with on-site and remote support across our entire organization, ensuring timely solutions that will keep our technological operations running smoothly. 

What You’ll Do 

• Support our IT systems – Provide technical support for hardware, application, and network issues. 

• Assist with user setup – Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, device setups, account provisioning, and assist with logistics and inventory management. 

• Maintain our enterprise infrastructure – Administer our Microsoft 365 environment and ensure endpoint security compliance for our enterprise systems. 

• Own and grow the process – Document processes, incident and problem resolution, and assist with IT projects, such as migrations, upgrades, and automation initiatives. 

What You Bring 

• 8+ years of experience in a hands-on IT Support role across all tiers of support 

• Experience with supporting multi-site or global environments 

• A proven ability to handle complex technical issues and mentor junior staff 

• Superb analytical skills and a knack for troubleshooting initiatives, especially when managing escalations under pressure 

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain highly technical issues to non-technical stakeholders in face-to-face situations 

• A drive to learn, grow, and explore issues which may not explicitly be in the purview of the Internal IT team 

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment 

• Willingness to travel occasionally; valid passport with no travel restrictions (Canada/USA; Vietnam if required) 

Compensation: $65,000–$85,000 CAD per year 

This role requires working onsite in our Cambridge office five days per week.
