Responsabilities

  • Closely interact with hiring managers to gain full understanding of the position, team needs, culture, and values within the project;
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and conduct performance reviews for a team of IT recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment;
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent and meet hiring goals;
  • Write job descriptions and post to relevant platforms;
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using a variety of channels (LinkedIn, job boards, talent pools, employee referrals, etc.);
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit;
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience from first contact through onboarding;
  • Perform structured interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit;
  • Monitors the job market movements and propose recruitment strategies accordingly;
  • You will be involved in full cycle of IT Recruitment;
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process;
  • Requirements

  • 5+ years of background in IT recruitment;
  • Leadership and team management skills;
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle;
  • Previous work exposure to IT and good understanding of technical roles and terminology (e.g., Java, .NET, AWS, DevOps, SQL, Data Engineers, DevOps, etc.);
  • Competency in working with international or multicultural teams;
  • Ability to carry out full-cycle recruiting processes;
  • Practice conducting different interview types (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.) ;
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software; ability to understand technical job requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to quickly shift tasks and priorities based on evolving business needs;
  • Capability to organize your tasks accordingly and prioritize assignments;
  • A proactive mindset, who shares ideas and brings them to life;
  • A communicative, proactive person, who wants to be involved in developing and building teams, to engage in new and interesting projects, to headhunt;
