The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:

Moloco is seeking a strategic, data-driven Revenue Operations leader to build and scale the operational foundation for Moloco Commerce Media (MCM).  This individual will architect the GTM operating model, define commercial data systems, own pipeline management, and partner closely with cross-functional leaders to drive predictable, efficient growth across the MCM business.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for a builder who thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, process, and execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and operationalize the end-to-end GTM model for MCM, including segmentation, qualification criteria, sales workflows, and coverage models for the enterprise-facing offering.
  • Build and maintain MCM’s “North Star” commercial data architecture, ensuring alignment and data integrity across Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and Product.
  • Oversee tooling strategy and optimization (Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo), defining system requirements and ensuring operational efficiency, structured data capture, and accurate reporting
  • Develop customer lifecycle operations frameworks, including onboarding, customer health scoring, and expansion pipeline design for enterprise commerce customers.
  • Lead pipeline management and forecasting, building processes and models that drive visibility and predictability across the global MCM business.
  • Build analytics and revenue insights frameworks that integrate commercial performance, customer behavior, and product usage to guide targeting, enablement, and GTM decision-making.
  • Establish and run the MCM operating cadence, including forecasting cycles, business reviews, and cross-functional alignment; act as a strategic partner in annual planning, investment decisions, and OKR development.

Who You Are

  • 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or related GTM strategy/operations roles, ideally supporting enterprise SaaS, ad tech, or retail/commerce technology.
  • Expertise in Salesforce, pipeline management, and building data-driven forecasting models.
  • A strong collaborator who thrives in highly cross-functional environments and can influence without authority.
  • A strategic, analytical operator who can design systems while also driving day-to-day execution.
  • A confident communicator who can align stakeholders around shared metrics, tools, and operating models.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and 0→1 building—able to create clarity, structure, and scalable processes for a new business line.
