We’re looking for a mission-driven, people-focused professional to join our Operations team as Senior Manager, People Operations. This role is all about helping our team thrive - making sure our staff feels supported, connected, and able to do their best work. Reporting to the SVP of Operations, you’ll manage core People Operations processes while also contributing to initiatives that strengthen our culture, such as learning and development and team offsites. The ideal candidate is empathetic, tech-savvy, and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, remote-first environments while balancing hands-on execution with cross-functional collaboration.
