What You’ll Be Doing.

  • Marketing Content Production – Support the creation of materials that tell Isaac’s story, from case studies to social content, whitepapers and more.
  • Sales Collateral Development – Help build the decks, one-pagers, emails, and other assets that enable our sales team to win.  
  • Events Support – Bring our event strategies to life through planning, logistics, and execution for both external events (conferences, trade shows) and internal events (round tables, dinners, networking experiences).
  • Strategic Research – Partner with the Marketing Leads to conduct account and industry research, ensuring we have the insights needed to communicate effectively with our audiences.
  • Project Management – Coordinate marketing initiatives, align stakeholders, and support strong project execution across the team.
  • Reporting – Monitor data, produce reports, and communicate progress to stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

Who You Are.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to get hands-on experience across all Marketing domains, and wants their work to have a meaningful, visible impact. 

  • You have 2-4 years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B environment. (If your background looks different, tell us why you’d still be a great fit!)
  • You’re collaborative and enjoy supporting different team members across a range of marketing initiatives.
  • You’re action-oriented and love getting things done.
  • You’re curious and growth minded, excited to stretch into new areas and build new skills.
  • You’re a strong communicator – keeping your team and stakeholders aligned, and producing assets that are concise, clear, and compelling.
  • You’re deeply organized, comfortable juggling multiple priorities and keeping stakeholders informed while meeting deadlines.
  • You’re comfortable across the full technology spectrum, from Excel to PowerPoint to modern AI tools, and you know how to choose the right tools for the job.
  • You bring energy, positivity, and good judgment. You’re someone people genuinely enjoy working with—thoughtful, engaging, and fun. Culture is everything here, and we hope you’ll contribute to the momentum.

While we have a flexible working environment, the successful candidate should expect to spend an average of at least three days a week in person at our Liberty Village office.
