We’re looking for a Senior Mobile Growth Manager to take full ownership of scaling our app’s growth — from user acquisition and ASO to funnel optimization and driving measurable revenue impact. You’ll be at the intersection of marketing, product, and data, running high-impact growth initiatives that bring in users, turn them into paying customers, and keep them engaged.
If you want to:
Lead user acquisition by planning, running, and optimizing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google UAC, and Apple Search Ads with a clear focus on ROI through CAC vs. LTV analysis;Lead ASO strategy by managing creative testing, keyword optimization, localization, and A/B testing of store assets to maximize organic installs;Drive funnel optimization by partnering with product teams to test onboarding flows, paywalls, and pricing strategies while doubling down on the levers that increase conversion and revenue;Experiment relentlessly by designing and executing growth experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization to learn fast and scale what works;Be the data owner for growth by building dashboards, running cohort and funnel analyses, and managing attribution via Adjust or AppsFlyer to measure impact in a post-IDFA world;Think global by scaling growth across multiple geographies with localized UA, ASO, and lifecycle strategies;Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, and CRM teams to produce high-performing creative assets and integrated lifecycle campaigns that boost long-term engagement and retention.

Proven track record of driving revenue growth in mobile apps (subscription/SaaS experience is a big plus);Hands-on experience with paid UA, ASO, and growth experiments;Fluency in data, attribution, and funnel metrics, and the ability to turn insights into action;Familiarity with MMPs, SKAN, ATT, GDPR, and best practices for mobile measurement;Ability to collaborate across teams (marketing, product, design, data) and lead growth initiatives end-to-end;Leverage a creative eye to build high-converting ad creatives and store assets.

Have experience with pricing/paywall testing, retention campaigns, and global market expansion.
