Senior Motion Graphic Designer
Salla is seeking a Senior Motion Graphic Designer to lead the creation of high-quality motion content across brand, product, and marketing channels. This role is responsible for shaping a consistent motion language, delivering compelling visual storytelling, and supporting Salla’s growth through impactful, well-crafted motion design.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver motion design projects for brand campaigns, marketing initiatives, and product communications.
- Develop, document, and maintain Salla’s motion style guidelines and reusable motion assets.
- Create motion content for social media, paid advertising, website experiences, and product explainers.
- Design and animate product-related motion, including feature explainers, UI animations, and micro-interactions.
- Collaborate closely with Brand, Product, and Marketing teams to translate concepts into effective motion solutions.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and brand alignment across all motion deliverables.

- Smooth, purposeful motion with clean timing and transitions.
- Clear visual hierarchy and strong readability across platforms.
- Consistent application of Salla’s brand and motion identity.
- Platform-optimized outputs (format, duration, size, and safe areas).
- Well-organized source files and reusable, scalable assets.

- Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on animation polish.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Requirements
- 4 to 7+ years of professional experience in motion graphics.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating brand, marketing, and preferably product/UI motion work.
- Strong understanding of motion design fundamentals, including timing, easing, pacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Proven visual storytelling and kinetic typography capabilities.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging motion narratives.
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written).
- Tools & Software Proficiency:
- Adobe After Effects (primary)
- Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent video editing tools
