As a well-established and trusted provider of therapeutic, positive behaviour and employment supports, we’re excited to be expanding into the Taree region with the opening of a brand-new clinic. This marks a meaningful milestone in our continued commitment to supporting NDIS participants in the local community.
We’re looking for a passionate Senior Occupational Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team, supporting NDIS participants across Taree and surrounding communities. As an experienced clinician, you’ll bring your expertise to a supportive and collaborative environment where you can make a meaningful impact in the lives of your participants, contribute to team development, and continue growing professionally.
In this role, you will:
- Manage a caseload of NDIS participants, delivering timely and high-quality therapeutic services.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functioning using clinical observations and standardised tools.
- Interpret assessment findings to develop individualised, goal-oriented treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions that empower participants to achieve greater independence and quality of life.
- Support and mentor graduate and early career clinicians, fostering professional growth and development.
- Stay up to date with NDIS legislation and ensure all practices are compliant with current guidelines.

Qualifications
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Occupational Therapist, ideally working across a varied caseload and lifespan
- A genuine interest in supporting diverse clients in both clinic and community-based settings
- Proven ability to work independently while remaining engaged with a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC)
- A valid paid employement NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- A current Australian driver’s licence
- Access to a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
- The right to work in Australia
