We are seeking an operations research engineer to contribute to ongoing research and development efforts. This position will work as part of the Quantum Error Correction team by building and maintaining software tools used to study and implement fault-tolerant quantum computation on neutral atom hardware.

The base salary range for this position is between $155,000 - $185,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, we offer an annual bonus and equity in the company.
