What You'll Accomplish
Lead and execute our annual performance review process, compensation planning, and promotion cyclesManage employee relations and support managers with coaching and developmentDesign and roll out employee surveys and follow-up action planning to strengthen engagementBuild training and development programs, including manager enablement and career growth frameworksMaintain and evolve people policies, documentation, and compliance practices in partnership with legalPartner on compensation strategy, equity allocation, and benchmarking tools like PaveImprove internal processes and systems for onboarding, off-boarding, and employee lifecycle operationsSupport HRIS administration and reporting
What We Are Looking For:
A desire to create a world-class environment for all of Eve's team membersExperience in People Operations or HR generalist roles at a fast-paced, high-growth startupStrong background in performance management, compensation planning, and employee lifecycle systemsHigh integrity and sound judgment in handling confidential or sensitive situationsFamiliarity with California and multi-state employment lawsPassion for building scalable people systems and documentationStrong communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
