We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our mobile games. You will be responsible for supporting marketing goals and helping the team to conduct marketing campaigns that reach millions of users. You will also work closely with design, product, and technical teams to ensure the best execution and improvement of digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

Developing, executing, and monitoring the user acquisition strategy using various channels

Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, user behavior shifts, and industry best practices

Supporting innovation and growth through continuous experimentation, A/B testing across multiple platforms

Working closely with marketing artists to create high-quality ads

Requirements

3+ years of experience in mobile marketing

Creative and results-oriented mindset

Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions

Excellent written and oral communication skills, including strong writing and editing skills

Passion and interest in games
