Senior Planning Engineer
JASARA PMC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Controls Specialist to enhance our project management capabilities. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and controlling project management processes to ensure successful project delivery. You will monitor project performance, analyze data, and provide insights that help manage project timelines, costs, and resources effectively. Join our team and contribute to the development of vital infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor project controls processes, including cost control, schedule management, and risk management
- Analyze project data to track performance and identify trends
- Prepare comprehensive reports for management and stakeholders on project status
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and schedules
- Facilitate project change management, including impacts on cost and schedule
- Conduct audits and reviews of project controls practices to ensure compliance with standards
- Provide training and support to project teams on best practices in project controls
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project controls or project management roles
- Proficient in project management software, such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of earned value management (EVM) is a plus
