💡 The Role
We’re hiring a Senior Platform Engineer to build and scale the infrastructure that powers Metaforms’ AI automation platform.
This role is foundational — you’ll own our platform architecture end-to-end, transforming it from startup-grade to enterprise-grade to support global research agencies and enterprise customers across the US and EU.
You’ll design and implement multi-tenant, multi-region, and customer-managed (BYOC) deployment models, ensuring Metaforms meets the highest standards of scalability, reliability, and compliance.

Infrastructure Evolution
Build and scale Metaforms’ platform from early-stage to enterprise-ready — with multi-tenant architecture, regional deployments, and customer-managed (BYOC) infrastructure.
Deployment Models
Architect and implement four major deployment models:
Multi-tenant SaaS: Strengthen tenant isolation, monitoring, and usage tracking.
Single-tenant deployments: Automated per-customer infrastructure provisioning.
Multi-region setups: Support US/EU/APAC deployments with data residency and compliance.
BYOC model: Enable customers to deploy Metaforms securely within their own cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
CI/CD & Developer Velocity
Build multi-cloud CI/CD pipelines and automated testing infrastructure.
Enable feature-branch environments and developer self-service tooling.
Streamline deployment automation across environments and regions.
Operational Excellence
Establish Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/IaC) across all environments.
Set up monitoring, alerting, and observability systems.
Define disaster recovery, audit logging, and access control frameworks.
🧑💻 What We’re Looking For
Core Skills
5+ years in Platform, Infrastructure, or DevOps Engineering at B2B SaaS companies.
Proven experience with multi-tenant SaaS and customer-managed deployments (BYOC).
Deep expertise in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
Strong background in multi-region architecture and data residency requirements.
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
Built and managed CI/CD pipelines for large-scale production systems.
Familiarity with enterprise-grade security, compliance, and SLAs.
Bonus Points
Experience architecting SaaS for regulated industries or compliance-heavy clients.
Exposure to Snowflake-, Databricks-, or Forsta-like deployment frameworks.
Contributions to internal developer platforms (IDPs) or infrastructure tooling.
