As the Senior Product & Project Manager for Workday, you will be responsible for shaping and driving our Workday roadmap, ensuring that platform capabilities evolve in line with Rituals’ growth and organizational needs.

In this role, you will translate business goals into a clear Workday strategy and execution plan. You will manage initiatives end-to-end—from defining business requirements and prioritizing backlog items to overseeing delivery, testing, release, and adoption. With a strong understanding of HR processes and Workday functionality, you guide decision-making and ensure each enhancement contributes to an improved employee experience and operational efficiency.

You will oversee change delivery across Core HCM, Absence, Recruiting, Talent, Extend, and Reporting together with a team of experienced Business Analysts. This includes planning and coordinating releases, validating data impacts, and ensuring successful implementation and communication to stakeholders. You will also drive process optimization and harmonization, balancing scalability, compliance, and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

· Workday Product Management: Manage the product lifecycle, from planning and prioritization to testing and release, ensuring alignment with Rituals’ objectives.

· Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and other departments to gather requirements and transform them into Workday solutions that meet business needs.

· Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders within each project, keeping them informed and engaged, and managing expectations around timelines and deliverables.

· Agile Methodology: Lead Agile processes, including sprint planning, user acceptance testing, and user story management, to ensure high-quality deliverables are met on time.

· Continuous Improvement: Identify improvements and enhancements within Workday and support the Team Lead and team in implementing optimized solutions.

Qualifications

· 3-5 years of experience with Workday and strong project management or project & product managership skills.

· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred.

· Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
