Competera uses Big Data and Deep Learning to change the way retailers do pricing. We are known for both: cutting-edge math 'under the hood' and for deep expertise in the pricing domain. We are now looking for a Product Designer to turn complicated matters into easy-to-use solutions.
You will build solutions for SaaS web app with a double diamond process model:
- development and maintenance of a design project from idea to launch
- identify design problems and advise accurate, applicable, and reliable solutions meeting both user needs and business goals
- perform user research
- implement design layouts (we are Figma ninjas, btw)
- create clickable prototypes for your solutions
- support user adoption process
Our main tools in design process: Figma, Miro, Principle, Notion, Confluence, Jira, Amplitude, FullStory, Maze, Intercom.
Starter-kit needed to join the board:
- experienced in designing complex web interfaces like B2B, SaaS, CRM-like systems
- strong UX / UI skills
- knowledge of how to make a design layout not only sexy but also comfortable for developers
- experience in conducting quality product research (usability testing, user surveys, etc.)
- experience in creating CJMs / info architecture
- solid experience working with figma
- English upper-intermediate or stronger
Pleasant extras:

- experience with B2B products in retail
- understanding of main SaaS metrics
