Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to create intuitive, user-centered experiences for an AI-driven supply chain platform. This role spans both the Platform Layer (used by data and ML engineers) and the Application Layer (where business users interact with insights and models). The focus is on simplifying complex, data-heavy workflows into clear, cohesive, and impactful user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Layer

• Design intuitive console and workspace interfaces for data engineers, ML engineers, and modelers.
• Create clear, efficient workflows for complex data manipulation and model development.
• Define and maintain strong information architecture for organizing tools, assets, and workflows.

Application Layer

• Design engaging and interactive data visualizations, including charts, tables, and maps.
• Ensure consistency, clarity, and usability across dashboards and output views.
• Translate analytical outputs into easy-to-understand, actionable experiences for end users.

General

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation to inform decisions.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs (Figma preferred).
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists throughout the product lifecycle.
• Advocate for user-centered design, accessibility, and best UX practices.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends in UX/UI, data visualization, and AI-driven interfaces.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Have

• 4–9 years of experience in UX/Product Design, preferably in B2B or enterprise software.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating complex, data-driven products or workflows.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience with data visualization and information design.
• Strong ability to translate technical and analytical requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Background in supply chain, analytics platforms, or AI-driven products.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and data-centric applications.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
• Understanding of data analysis or statistical concepts.
