Location: We hire with a focus on Dubai and Europe. For this role, we prefer candidates who are either based in Dubai or working remotely within +/- 4 hours GST time.
As a Senior Product manager, you will take a strategic role in defining and overseeing the vision, strategy, and roadmap of our product portfolio. You will lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure the development of innovative, market-leading products that align with business goals and user needs. This position offers a chance to influence the company's success through impactful product management.
Responsibilities
Define and oversee the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a new product domainBalance short-term priorities with long-term product and business strategiesCollaborate with stakeholders across org units (POs, engineering, design, marketing, sales) to ensure seamless product delivery and alignment with business goalsMentor and manage the product management team to achieve excellence in executionAdvocate for user-centric approaches throughout the product lifecycleAnalyse market trends and user feedback to inform product strategiesDrive innovation and ensure product portfolios meet performance and adoption targets
Requirements
8+ years of proven experience as a Product manager or similar roleDeep expertise in product management with a strong understanding of user-centric designDemonstrated ability to align product strategy with business objectivesStrong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience managing product management teamsProven ability to collaborate effectively across organisational units, including engineering, design, marketing, and salesExcellent communication and strategic thinking skillsTrack record of delivering market-leading products with strong performance metrics (e.g., DAU/MAU, retention, ARPU)Fluency in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively
