About This Role:

As a Senior Product Manager – Acquisition, you will own how users discover Atolls offerings’ through organic channels and how that traffic converts into engaged members. Your focus is on outcomes: acquiring the right users, helping them reach first value quickly, and scaling acquisition journeys in a structured, product-led way. 

You’ll work closely with SEO, Engineering, Content, Design, Data, and Marketing teams to turn organic growth opportunities into measurable product impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Own Acquisition Strategy for Organic Channels
    • Define and drive the product strategy for organic acquisition, aligned with company goals around growth, activation, and member value
    • Translate acquisition opportunities into a prioritised product roadmap with clear problem statements, hypotheses, and success metrics
    • Focus on outcomes such as traffic quality, CTR, engagement, signup conversion, activation, and time to first value
  • Lead Product Discovery for Organic User Journeys
    • Understand user intent and motivations across key acquisition use cases
    • Map end-to-end journeys from discovery → landing pages → signup → first value (cashback or coupon usage)
    • Validate opportunities through user research, data analysis, and experimentation
  • Build and Scale Acquisition Foundations
    • Own and evolve landing page and category page experiences used for acquisition
    • Partner with Engineering and SEO to improve discoverability, performance, and scalability of acquisition surfaces
    • Drive improvements that balance UX, growth impact, and technical constraints
  • Improve Conversion and Activation
    • Build and optimise entry points for lead generation across acquisition pages
    • Experiment with CTAs, layouts, messaging, and onboarding flows to improve conversion and activation
    • Reduce friction for new users coming from organic channels
  • Measure What Matters
    • Define and track clear KPIs for acquisition and activation
    • Monitor organic sessions, new users, CTR, engagement, signup conversion, activation rate, and time to first value
    • Use data to inform prioritisation, trade-offs, and iteration
  • Run a Strong Product Delivery Process
    • Work closely with your squad to define clear requirements and success criteria
      Manage cross-team dependencies early and proactively
      Lead experiments and rollouts with strong measurement and learning loops
  • Communicate with Clarity and Confidence
    • Write clear strategy docs, PRDs, and decision memos
    • Present trade-offs, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders
    • Keep teams aligned on goals, progress, and outcomes

Your Profile:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on acquisition, growth, marketplaces, or consumer products
  • Strong product fundamentals: problem framing, prioritisation, discovery, delivery, and measurement
  • Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing teams
  • Comfortable working with data to define metrics, analyse performance, and run experiments
  • Structured, hypothesis-driven problem-solving mindset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in Agile product teams
  • Fluency in written and spoken English

SEO expectations

  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and how they intersect with product, UX, and engineering
  • Able to collaborate effectively with SEO specialists, without needing to be a deep SEO expert

Bonus points

  • Experience with organic traffic growth, CRO, or content-driven acquisition
  • Exposure to landing pages, category pages, or scalable acquisition surfaces
  • Hands-on experience with experimentation or A/B testing
  • Experience in e-commerce, savings, cashback, or comparison platforms
  • Experience presenting product strategy to senior leadership
